Transition II, Inc. has helped people in Chittenden County find meaningful employment for more than 45 years. We work with individuals to identify their skills, interests, and career goals, then help connect them with jobs that fit their strengths and needs. Once employed, we’re here to support ongoing success by providing resources, guidance, and assistance when needed.
